Kelly Jones

Hello, My name is Kelly Jones and I am the Owner/ Principle of the agency.  I started my career in 1997 while I was still in high school.  I worked for Gene Frye from then until he retired in 2008.  At that point, I took over the Xenia Location.  I am licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health.  I love my job and all the members of our agency.  Our members are very important to us at our agency.  We enjoy working with them and their families to help protect the things that are important to them.   We detail each policy to the members needs and wants.  We carry a variety of polices and companies.  Stop by and see us!

I live on a 6^th generation farm in Waynesville Ohio where we have grain crops.  My parents still live and work on the farm.  I am a 4-H Advisor of T-Birds 4-H Club.  I am a member of Farm Bureau.  I am a member of the Legion in Waynesville and I also serve on the Sales committee for the Greene County Fair.  I have 2 sisters, 2 nieces and 2 nephews.  I have 3 dogs who are big babies. 

 Crissy Rose

My name is Crissy Rose. I am the office manager.  I have worked at Kelly Jones Insurance Agency for 5 years as an administrative assistant prior to this position.  I am not a licensed agent, but I make sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes. Our office works with each member to make sure their policies fit their needs. 

When I am not working, I spend time with my family. I have been married to my husband, Carl, for 28 years. We have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren. We also have 2 dogs. 

Julie Baudendistel

Hello, my name is Julie Baudendistel. I have worked in the insurance industry since 2009 and have been a licensed property & casualty agent since 2013. It is my goal to help our customers make informed decisions and secure insurance to meet their current and changing needs. I pride myself on educating and helping all our customers to the best of my ability. The insurance world is changing every single day and it can be a very challenging and rewarding profession. 

When I am not working at Kelly Jones Insurance Agency LLC, I wear lots of extra hats. I am a farm wife and a mother of two boys. Family is one of the most important things in my life. We spend quality time together on the farm and camping. We are also very involved with 4-H in Greene County. My husband and I are both advisors for T-Birds 4-H Club and Cloverbuds and our sons both show livestock at the fair.

Haley Curtis

Hello! My name is Haley Curtis and I have been a licensed property and casualty insurance agent since 2024.  I pride myself in my customer service and look forward to working closely with all clients so that I can provide the best possible experience.

 When I am not working, I enjoy going to the gym, reading, listening to music/podcasts, and spending time with those that I love. I have tons of nieces and nephews that I love to spoil, and I also love spending time with my dog, an English Mastiff named Buck.

Ashley Shaw

Hello! My name is Ashley Shaw, and I have been with Kelly Jones Insurance Agency LLC since the beginning of 2024. I have obtained my Property and Casualty License.  I take pride in providing excellent customer service, and helping customers make educated decisions for not only their insurance needs, but
personal needs as well. Our agency is dedicated to meeting your needs and working to adapt to all of life’s seasons with you.

When I am not working at the agency, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our fur babies at home. I adore my family and friends and always making memories with them when I can. My husband and I also own a farm and raise animals for 4-H. We love being involved in many agricultural and social events and activities as well.
