Hello, My name is Kelly Jones and I am the Owner/ Principle of the agency. I started my career in 1997 while I was still in high school. I worked for Gene Frye from then until he retired in 2008. At that point, I took over the Xenia Location. I am licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health. I love my job and all the members of our agency. Our members are very important to us at our agency. We enjoy working with them and their families to help protect the things that are important to them. We detail each policy to the members needs and wants. We carry a variety of polices and companies. Stop by and see us!
I live on a 6th generation farm in Waynesville Ohio where we have grain crops. My parents still live and work on the farm. I am a 4-H Advisor of T-Birds 4-H Club. I am a member of Farm Bureau. I am a member of the Legion in Waynesville and I also serve on the Sales committee for the Greene County Fair. I have 2 sisters, 2 nieces and 2 nephews. I have 3 dogs who are big babies.
Crissy Rose
My name is Crissy Rose. I am the office manager. I have worked at Kelly Jones Insurance Agency for 5 years as an administrative assistant prior to this position. I am not a licensed agent, but I make sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes. Our office works with each member to make sure their policies fit their needs.
When I am not working, I spend time with my family. I have been married to my husband, Carl, for 30 years. We have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. We also have 2 dogs.

Hello, my name is Julie Baudendistel. I have worked in the insurance industry since 2009 and have been a licensed property & casualty agent since 2013. It is my goal to help our customers make informed decisions and secure insurance to meet their current and changing needs. I pride myself on educating and helping all our customers to the best of my ability. The insurance world is changing every single day and it can be a very challenging and rewarding profession.
When I am not working at Kelly Jones Insurance Agency LLC, I wear lots of extra hats. I am a farm wife and a mother of two boys. Family is one of the most important things in my life. We spend quality time together on the farm and camping. We are also very involved with 4-H in Greene County. My husband and I are both advisors for T-Birds 4-H Club and Cloverbuds and our sons both show livestock at the fair.

My name is Makayli Marinelli. I have worked here since October 2022. I am a customer service Representative. I enjoy working with customers in the office. I am part time since I am also attending Wilmington College. I am majoring in Exercise Science and hope to become an Occupational Therapist. I have been involved with Soccer since I was 3. I am also involved in 4-H and have been with FFA as well.

My name is Myleigh Marinelli. I am a customer service representative. I started working for the agency in 2024. I am currently at Xenia High School and Greene County Career Center. I want to be a teacher once I graduate college. I play Soccer and Softball. I am involved in 4-H and FFA. I show pigs at the fair. I have also been on Jr Fairbord and am a Greene County 4-H Camp Counselor.
